Problems and Counter Measures in Constructing the Procuratorate Case Guidance System

As an important act for promoting judicial reform and improving judicial justice,the construction of case guidance system is receiving more attention from all social domains and especially from the judicial circle.As for the Procuratorate institutions in China,presently there are still many difficulties in constructing an effective case guidance system for legal practice.The only way to establishment of case guidance systems by the Procuratorate must be based on analysis of realistic issues and proposition of counter measures.
