刑释人员就业技能培训探析——以回归社会为视角

在贯彻落实“首要标准”视野下，围绕刑释人员顺利回归社会这一目标，研究构思技能语训重点。建立相应的就业服务机制，是监狱提高改造质量的一个重要课题。通过技能培训让即将刑释人员掌握一定的职业技能，对其返回社会后的成功就业、防止重新违法犯罪具有重大意义。因此，应当努力提高监狱技能培训的针对性和实效性，着力解决其就业期盼与社会用工岗位需求相一致，所学技能与社会劳动需求相一致，就业服务方式与促进顺利回归相一致。

A Probe into Criminals＇ Skills Training for Employment

In the perspective of implementing ＂ the primary standard＂, in order to improve re-education, the prinson should lay more emphasis on researching how to train the prisoners＇ skills to fulfil employment so as to help them smoothly return society. Successful employment is of great significance to the released prisoners as well as preventig them from breaking the law again. Therefore, the prison should strive to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of skill training, make the employment expectation and social labor needs consistent, make learning skills and social demand consistent, and make the employment service mode and the smooth return society con- sistent.
