| Abstract: | The aggravation of the out - of - job phenomenon becomes the important problems which have perplexed the governments and trade unions of all countries over a long period of time. Most overseas trade u-nions regard the participation in and solution to the employment problem as the important task, and for this reason, we should actively seek for the new train of thought of the trade union works. |
