| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China's three-generation leadership,which was formed during different historical periods of chinese revolution and construction,has made some analyses and decisions concerning socialist democracy and legal system and formed the thought of socialist democracy and legal system which is characteristic of china,which has promoted the construction of our country's democracy and legal system in the new historical peniod. |
