| Abstract: | Will is an extremely important concept in the nature theory of Marxist law. Will being considered by Marxism as legal nature is the succession and development of the western culture tradition. Will has rational and irrational factors. Compared with reason, the ideal color of will is weak. All of these factors have decided that will is eventually considered as legal nature by the Marxist law. |
