| 摘 要： | 雨天条件下，高速公路的行车条件受到限制，道路、天气、人为等因素造成交通事故多发。雨天交通事故的防范应切实做好日常准备工作，抓好安全教育，加强路面管控力度，加强隐患排查工作，构建完善的应急措施体系。

| Abstract: | Traveling conditions of highways in rainy days are restricted,and traffic accidents resulted from such factors as roads,weather and man often happen.To prevent the traffic accidents in rainy days,we should make good daily preparation,do well in safety education,strengthen the road management and control,reinforce the examination work of hidden troubles,and construct perfect system for emergency countermeasures. |
