当代中国农民两重性分析

当代中国农民对推动农村经济社会发展发挥了巨大作用,但在他们身上既有先进和积极的一面,也有保守和消极的一面,他们既对生活水平的提高而高兴,也对收入差距的拉大而不满;他们市场经济的意识明显增强,但法律意识仍比较淡薄;他们虽然拥护党的方针政策,但对一些涉及到个人切身利益的政策也有抵触情绪;他们的科学文化素质明显提高,但思想道德素质又有缺失;他们的民主政治意识增强,但责任义务意识薄弱,其中既有外在原因,又有内在因素,只有采取加强对农民的思想政治教育,加快农村社会事业发展步伐等综合性措施,才能取得较好成效。

Analysis of the Dual Nature on Chinese Peasants of Our Times

Chinese peasants are playing the part of promoting economic development in rural area, they show their advanced and positive nature, conservative and negative nature simultaneously. First, they are pleased by the rising of life level, but unsatisfied of the great disparity of income. Second, they are aware of market economy increasingly, but they are lacking in legal sense. Third, they endorse the Party's policies, but have a little conflicting feels when dealing with their personal profits. Fourth, their quality of science and literacy increased, but they lack moral quality. Fifth, Their senses of democratic politics are enhanced, but they lack sense of duty. To change the situation, both internal cause and external cause should be considered, while taking complex measurements such as enhancing peasants' politics education and accelerating the step of rural welfare work.
