我国农村金融供给的法律问题研究

规范的金融供给是经济健康发展的保证,农村金融由于农业产业特点、农村体制障碍及法律制度缺陷等因素,在供给过程中呈现出四大悖论。针对农村金融供给行为、结构、数量与方式上的缺憾,以法治供给、和谐供给、非均衡供给、多元供给为基本理念,最后以主体的权利能力、行为能力、责任承担为基点,重构农村金融供给法律制度。

Research on The Financial Supply System in Rural Area

The proper financial supply is the guarantee for stable economic development.Due to the features of agricultural industry,the system barrier in the rural area and the imperfect law system,four big paradoxes has appeared.In view of the defects in rural financial supply behavior,structure,quantity and channel,we should take the lawful supply,harmonious supply,non-balanced supply,diversified supply as the basic steps,and then properly stipulate the participants' right,behavior and responsibility so as to re-build law system for rural financial supply.
