| 摘 要： | 城市图像监控系统是新形势下提升社会管控能力的重要手段。上海浦东新区城市图像监控系统正在建设中，并已在安全保卫、打击犯罪、交通管理等方面发挥了重要作用，但仍存在着的一些问题与不足，仍需在资金投入方式、应用技术和管理规范等方面不断加以研究和完善。

| Abstract: | The system of city image monitoring is a very important means to improve the abilities of social management and control in the new situation. The system of city image monitoring in Pudong New Area has been under construction and has played a great role in security guard, hitting crimes and traffic control. However, there are still some problems and deficiencies. So we should continually research and perfect the ways of fund input, applied technology and management standard, etc. |
