普通高校公共体育教学模式改革及对策研究

运用实地调查法、教学试验法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、个人访谈法及数理统计法等对西安市20所主要高校公共体育教学模式进行了研究,结果显示:俱乐部形式的双选项目模式有利于学生体育锻炼习惯及终身体育思想的形成,符合当前高校体育目标要求,是高校体育改革与发展的必然。并对公共体育教学模式的优劣进行了比较,论证改革试验的得失及存在的问题,总结成效、研究对策、提出建议。

Revolution and Policy of Public PE Teaching Pattern in Universities

This paper researched PE teaching patterns in 20 universities through more than five methods.And the authors get the following result:two-way selection in club form will contribute to the form of students exercising habits.It is also the inevitable result of PE reform and development.This paper compares the ad vantages and disadvantages of PE teaching pattern,discusses the problems and offers suggestions.
