摘    要:年薪制作为经济理论的产物被广泛实践于各类企业并倍受推崇。但是,当公共部门忽略其与私人部门的本质差异而引入年薪制时必定会产生一系列问题。实施镇长年薪制的佛山市,极有可能会与制度设置初衷南辕北辙,最终可能会是竹篮打水一场空的结局。

Abstract:The annual salary system as the result of economic theories has been practiced in all kinds of private organizations and has got a great success nowadays. While it will lead to series problems if the public sectors neglect the essential difference between themselves and the private sectors. Fushan, which has practiced the annual salary system of town heads, is probably contrary to the original intention.
