| 摘 要： | 《律师法》在当前社会中遭到种种批评，这种批评观点与中国律师法的当前格局有着直接的关系，而中国律师法当前格局又是中国律师业与国家之间的关系的反映。对中国律师法立法格局的发展史进行梳理和描述，以此为基础分析其中律师业与国家关系的演进及其理念，这将为理清当前律师法立法格局的理想发展方向奠定重要基础。

| Abstract: | The lawyer law is criticized sharply at present.The criticism must be due to the legislative pattern of lawyer law.The legislative pattern of lawyer law has reflected the relation between the government and legal profession in China.We can analyse the ideas of the relation between the government and legal profession by describing the history of development of the legislative pattern.The analysis will lay a stable foundation for establishing the right direction of the legislative pattern. |
