| 摘 要： | 社会职能是共青团的一项基本职能。构建社会主义和谐社会,对共青团履行社会职能提出了更高要求,也为共青团拓展社会职能开辟了新的途径。本文以近几年团组织开展青年外事工作为个案提出了共青团完善和强化社会职能的基本路径和经验。
