| 摘 要： | 侦查僵局是侦查活动中的一种常态现象，其消极影响极大。运用侦查情势理论分析侦查僵局。评估侦查僵局情势的主体、客体、环境方面要素，总结出僵局情势出现的原因，探究侦查僵局情势的突破对策．为侦查僵局的发现、评估、突破等提供一种分析模型，将有助于促进侦查学理论研究与侦查实践的有机结合。

| Abstract: | Investigation deadlock often occurs in investigation activities and its negative effect is worth noticing.Making use of investigation theory to analyze the deadlock situation and evaluate the factors concerning subjec- tive, objective and environmental aspects and summarizing the reasons so as to work out relevant countermeasures will probably provide an analytic model for the discovery, evaluation and breakthrough of the deadlock and pro- mote an orzanic union of theoretical research and practice in investigation. |
