| 摘 要： | 依法行政是新时期市场经济发展的必然要求。我国在这一方面虽然取得了一定的成绩 ,但目下立法质量不高 ,行政权力行使不规范 ,审查与监督力度不够 ,为解决这些问题 ,应从立法、推进和完善行政公开制度 ,加强公务员队伍建设 ,加强和完善行政监督和司法审查制度等方面入手 ,真正做到依法行政 ,适应 WTO及我国新时期经济发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The administration with law is the certain requirement of Market Economy in the new age. For the administration, some problems must be solved such as administrative opening system, construction of team of public servants, improved administrative supervision and judicial censor system so that we can meet the needs of economic development in the WTO age. |
