大学生就业协议有关法律问题研究

随着高等学校毕业生就业制度的改革,就业协议制度相继发展起来,并在大学生就业中发挥了重要作用,但在实践中也暴露出不少问题,显然与大学生就业协议定位不准有关。为此,有必要对大学生就业协议的法律性质、主体、法律效力等问题进行探讨,以期对预防和解决大学生就业中的纠纷,进而为大学生就业权益提供有效保障起到一定的积极作用。
