| 摘 要： | 韩国是APEC的创始成员,自1989年APEC成立以来,韩国积极参加APEC的各项事务。通过对韩国参与APEC的目标的分析以及对韩国在APEC的成立和组织结构的建立及完善中,在贸易投资自由化和便利化、经济技术合作以及其他领域中的各种举措的分析,可以看出,韩国在APEC进程中发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | ROK is one of the founder nations of APEC.Since the inception of APEC in 1989,ROK has being actively participated in the APEC matters.By analyzing Korea's APEC objectives,and various measures adopted by ROK in the foundation of APEC,in the establishment and improvement of APEC's organizational structure,and in the areas of TILF,ECOTECH and others,we can see that Korea took an important role in the development of APEC. |
