公安情报工作的现状分析与对策探讨

我国公安情报工作在情报信息综合应用平台建设、公安情报信息体系建设、组织队伍和制度建设以及公安情报的实际应用等方面取得了比较突出的成绩,同时也存在情报信息类型单一、情报质量较差、情报工作管理体制滞后、公安民警情报意识不强等问题。为此,应树立“情报信息主导警务”的理念,建立一体化公安“大情报”工作体系,加强情报信息的综合研判,建立反应灵敏、覆盖面广的情报网络。

On the Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Police Information Work

The police information work in our country has achieved gratifying successes in many fields.But it has been many problems,which are embodied a unitary type of information,lower quality of information,backward force managerial system,insufficient consciousness of information with policemen. Therefore,the following countermeasures should be put to practice: setting up idea of Intelligence-led Policing,establishing integration system of the police information work,strengthening information analysis,founding an extensive information network.
