On the Function and Role of the Procuratorial Organ in Build of the Socialism Harmonious Society

To understand the relation between the procuratorial function and build of the socialism harmonious society,on one hand,it should recognize the role and status of the procuratorial organ,adjust the procuratorial policy,and perform the function of legal supervision with focus on accelerating and safeguarding the build of harmonious society of democracy,rule of law,jus- tice,good faith,dynamic,stabilized,well-ordered and human-nature harmony,and on the other hand,it should realize that scientific development of procuratorial work is one of the important aspects of building the harmonious society and improvement of the competence of legal supervision is part of enhancing the ruling ability.The procuratorial organ should improve its capacity of law enforcement in accordance with the new requirement to exert influence in process of build of the harmonious society.
