面对毒品问题 ,如何寻找解决的有效办法历来为禁毒专业人士和社会各界所关注。然而 ,以社区警务工作的地缘优势、行业优势和人员优势为依托 ,发挥警务功能 ,即 :警察与公众结为伙伴 ,彼此合作、彼此协商 ,对社区存在的毒品问题 ,通过打击、预防、治疗、康复、心理矫正和回归社会 ,以及建立毒品问题援助中心等手段 ,从而建立和巩固无毒社区。

Facing the serious drug problem, the personnel concerned pays close attention to how to solve the problems in an effective way. At the mean time, taking the advantages of places, professions and personnel engaged in community policing affairs, community policing plays an important role on drug problem resolution. In other words, the police cooperate with the public each other like friends, to devote themselves into the affairs dealing with community drug problems, by means of cracking down, precaution, treatment, recovery, mental rectification, returning back to society and building the drug problems assistance centers, in order that we can build up the drug-free community and strengthen on them.
