| 摘 要： | 契约治理与关系治理在中小型家族企业治理行为所占的成分有多大,决定了治理模式选择的问题。我们把治理模式分为弱关系弱契约治理、弱关系强契约治理、强关系弱契约治理、强关系强契约治理模式四种,在设定以上变量的基础上,我们以中小型家族企业老板作为调研对象进行了调研,利用调研数据进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | Governance model was determined by scale of the contractual governance and relational governance in the medium and small-sized family-owned firm. We put the governance mode divided into four types： weak contractual governance weak relational governance, weak contractual governance strong relational governance, strong contractual governance weak relational governance, and strong contractual governance strong relational governance. Based on setting variables,we investigated owners of the medium and small-sized family-owned firm,by using the survey data, empirical analysis is conducted. |
