| 摘 要： | 周恩来的一生是为共产主义事业光辉战斗的一生,他生前善待人民群众的科学方法,主要有:切实关注民生,信任尊重群众,从不搞特殊化,密切联系群众,教育引导群众等。周恩来善待人民群众的科学方法,其根源在于他善于总结中国革命与建设实践的经验教训,在于他对人民群众一贯的高度负责精神,在于他持之以恒的自我修养自觉。学习周恩来善待人民群众的科学方法,具有很重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Zhou Enlai had a glorious life fighting for communism. He treated the masses with scientific methods： Truly concerned about the livelihood of the people, trust in and respect of the masses, not to en- gage in specialization from close ties with the masses, educate and guide the masses and so on.The root of Zhou Enlai ＇ s masses view lied in his summary of Chinese revolution and construction practice lessons, in the spirit of being highly responsible to the people, in the sustained conscious self-cultivation. It has practi- cal importance to study Zhou Enlai ＇ s scientific method to treat the masses. |
