Application to the Third Generation of System Theory Based on China＇ s Governance

CAS theory, the core of the third generation of system theory, has been developing consummately in recent years and becomes comparatively advanced in theoretical framework and rich in practical experience, which is feasible to be applied to the process of China＇ s governance especially in providing perceptional viewpoints. It is illustrated in this article that the firmly established mainstream ideology and sophisticated system mechanism as well as the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party are needed to construct a way to better fertilize China＇s governance in the eyes of CAS theory.
