摘    要:教育环境是影响教育存在发展的诸种因素的总和。教育环境与教育互制互约,相互制衡。树立科学发展观,建构和谐发展的教育环境,促进教育事业繁荣,是实施科教兴国战略、加快教育改革和发展的当务之急。

Abstract:Educational environment is constituted by various factors that affect the development of education. Educational environment and education system mutually checks and balances each other. Establishing the scientific concept of development, constructing the educational environment of the harmonious development, and promoting the prosperity of the cause of education is an imperative for implementing the strategy of Invigorating China through Science and Education as well as for accelerating the reform and development of education.
