| Abstract: | Educational environment is constituted by various factors that affect the development of education. Educational environment and education system mutually checks and balances each other. Establishing the scientific concept of development, constructing the educational environment of the harmonious development, and promoting the prosperity of the cause of education is an imperative for implementing the strategy of Invigorating China through Science and Education as well as for accelerating the reform and development of education. |
