| 摘 要： | 从票据当事人行为能力、票据行为方式和票据债务三个方面,考察和比较了大陆法系和英美法系国家以及日内瓦统一冲突法分约中的有关规则和判例。在此基础上,对我国《票据法》和国际私法“示范法”关于票据当事人行为能力、票据行为方式和票据债务的冲突法规则傲了简要评析,并提出了修改和完善《票据法》和国际私法“示范法”相关规定的立法建议。

And then briefly appraises comparative regulations of our nations "Commercial Instrument of International Private Law, ". At last, the author gives his legislative advices on how to amend and improve relative provisions of our nations 'Commercial In- strument Law' and "Demonstration Law of International Private Law |
