| Abstract: | For a long time,the detection is led by cases and the investigators are driven by cases in our criminal investigation departments,which is hard to adapt to the current developments and changes of criminal offenses.We should establish a perfect judgments mechanism of intelligence and information and improve the working efficiency of public security department with complete and integrated analysis of intelligence information. |
