大陆静脉产业园与台湾环保科技园对比研究

经济的快速发展,带来了能源过度消耗和环境被破坏的问题。为了实现可持续发展,台湾和大陆都以建立环保类园区的形式鼓励环境保护、资源循环利用。对比台湾和大陆园区的发展,现阶段大陆应从明确权责关系、健全相关法律法规、提供有效的政策支持和加强宣传四方面着手,产业化、规模化和标准化地建设静脉产业园区。

Comparison Study of the Circular Economy Parks between Mainland China and Taiwan

As a result of rapid population growth and over development on the expense of environmental damage,our earth is facing severe problems with environmental pollution and resource shortage.Mainland China and Taiwan are both aware of the mentioned problems and are dealing with it by drafting various policies and also planning circular economy parks.This paper is to compare the different policies and regulations.Mainland China and Taiwan are formulating in the plans of constructing circular economy parks.
