| Abstract: | With a recognition of the differences of trust system between the common law system and the civil law system, this article introduces ＂the Convention on the Law Applicable to Trust System and on their Recognition＂ and comment on the coordination functions of the Hague Convention on aspects of jurisdictions, applicable laws and recognitions of cross-board trusts. |
