Securities trade on internet is developing together with the internet technology inducted in the securities market. When the securities trade on internet is more popular in the markets in the world, it become a more and more important problem that how to regulate the securities trade on internet. US, which country developed the securities trade on intemet earliest in the world, has established the more effective regulation mechanism that was recommended by some international organizations. We will do any research on American regulation mechanism based on China＇s practice and give some advice on the developing of China＇s securities trade on internet. We hope that this essay＇s discussion can do any help with the establishment of China＇s regulation mechanism on the securities trade on internet.
