| 摘 要： | 在依法治国的时代背景下，中国的农村养老保障制度不仅要坚持传统“孝”文化的渗透，还应当加强“孝”文化与法律治理相结合，建立新型农村养老保障制度，以共同营造社会的和谐秩序，促进社会主义社会的进步与发展。
