| 摘 要： | 共同犯罪的中止问题是大陆法系的重点研究领域。本文从大陆法上共同犯罪人的分类、大陆法上正犯的中止、大陆法上教唆犯的中止等内容出发，对大陆法上共同犯罪的中止形态进行了研究和探讨，并在此基础上提出了笔者的初步认识。
