| 摘 要： | 民事行为能力评定案例逐年增多,相关研究却相对匮乏,尤其目前国内尚未见精神障碍者民事行为能力标准化评定相关研究。本文首先简要介绍了民事行为能力的概念及其评定分级,然后重点介绍了国内外民事行为能力评定的考察项目,最后从心理测量学角度出发,从理论和实践两个方面论证了制定民事行为能力评定量表的可行性。

| Abstract: | In recent years,cases involving civil competence assessment are on the rise,but few related re- search has been done.There is no research on standardized assessment of civil competence for the mentally dis- abled in China.The authors discuss the definition and grades of civil competence first,and then give a briefing on the items that should be considered during assessment.Finally,according to the psychometric theory,the authors prove the feasibility of making out civil competence rating scale for the mentally disabled. |
