| 摘 要： | 随着中国-东盟各自经济的发展以及双方合作的加深，旅游业这一朝阳产业正逐渐受到双方的重视。本文首次提出将泛北部湾邮轮航线与湄公河观光游对接起来，形成全新的、更具旅游吸引力的旅游形式，并运用SWOT分析法对这一构想进行可行性研究，以期对中国-东盟在旅游方面的合作寻找一个新思路和新的发展方向。

| Abstract: | With China- （so-called sunrise industry） ASEAN＇s own development and deepening of bilateral economic cooperation, tourism is gradually attracting the attention of both sides. It＇s the first time that someone try to linked Pan-Beibu Gulf Cruise tourism and the Mekong＇s tours together, to form a new attractively forms of tourism and do some feasibility research by using SWOT analysis, in order to find a new direction （new ideas） of China - ASEAN tourism cooperation. |
