| 摘 要： | "四条禁令"的内容并不是什么创新的内容,但它以"禁令"的形式出台,在广大政法干警中引起不小的冲击波,因为它和干警的一日生活忠息相关,如不加强宣传警示,极易触犯禁区. 所以,"四条禁令"就是狠抓看似小事的干警一日生活,加强政法干警的素质养成,从而树立廉洁奉公、勤政为民的良好形象,以此为各项工作的开展打好基础,提高整个政法队伍的战斗力.

| Abstract: | The contents of the "Four Bans" are not new.But its appearance in the form of bans arousesgreat shock waves among the great masses of political-legal cadres and police officers.Because it is closelylinked with the policemen's daily life,the policemen are very much likely to break these banned areas if it isnot publicized and warned of.Therefore,the "Four Bans" stresses the daily life of the policemen which seemsto be trifles,strengthens the quality training of political-legal cadres and police officers,so that they can set upthe good image of a policeman who performs his duty clean-handed and has the interests of the people atheart,hence laying a good foundation for carrying out all the work and enhancing the combat effectiveness ofthe whole political-legal ranks. |
