近年来 ,诱惑侦查作为一种侦查手段已经在我国侦查部门得到运用。但围绕诱惑侦查的争论可谓众说纷纭、莫衷一是。从本质上讲 ,诱惑侦查的运用具有非法性、非理性 ,它不仅与刑事诉讼的活动规律、法治原则相悖 ,而且可能带来一系列弊端 ,不利于保障公民的合法权益。
