| 摘 要： | 发展观作为中国共产党执政理念的重要组成部分，经历了不断演进的历史过程，逐步从片面走向全面，从幼稚走向成熟。中国共产党的几代领导集体在中国革命和建设过程中根据不同时代的特点和任务，提出了相应的发展观。每一种发展观都有其合理的内核，同时又根据不同时代的要求进行了创新，以适应新形势的需要。
