| 摘 要： | 随着近年来各种暴力化、智能化犯罪的逐步升级,监狱、劳教机关人民警察滞后的警体训练已无法更好地适应和完成新时期、新形势下的监管安全稳定工作。加强对警体训练所处战略地位的认识,切实发挥其在监管安全稳定工作中的重要作用,必须成为所有监管改造部门的共识。

| Abstract: | In recent years,crimes committed in various violent and intelligent ways has been going up gradually,meanwhile,the physical training of the prison policemen has been lagged off,which makes it more difficult to fulfill the security and stability supervising work under a brand-new situation in a new era.Therefore,it is of great importance to realize the strategic position of physical training which will definitely play a vital role to the security and stability work.So,departments who are responsible for supervision and reform of the criminals should take it as their common prupose. |
