情境在犯罪预防中的应用——以广州市白云区为例

随着情境预防理论的深入发展．情境已逐渐应用于我国犯罪预防的实践领域。犯罪情境就是在犯罪行为发生过程中的一系列主客观因素的总和。情境预防理论认为，通过对这些主客观因素的控制，可以达到预防犯罪的效果。不同的情境在犯罪行为发生过程中起着不同的作用，并且不同程度地影响犯罪人、被害人以及旁观者的行为选择，最终将可能影响到犯罪的走向。从广州市白云区的情境预防实践案例，可以了解一些情境在犯罪行为中的作用、情境预防的现状和发展趋势。

The Application of Situation in Crime Prevention

With the deepening development of the theory of situational prevention,situational crime prevention has been increasingly used in our practice areas. Situation is the subjective factors and the objective factors that occurred during the crime. Situational prevention theory suggests that through controlling these subjective and objective factors,crime can be prevented. Different situations play different roles during the criminal process. They may influence the criminals ,victims and bystanders＂ behavior choices ,and ultimately may affect crime trends. This paper analyzes the situation in the role of criminal acts and to Baiyun District, Guangzhou City,situational prevention practice, for example,discusses the current situation and development trends of the situational prevention.
