| 摘 要： | 2004年的东盟又成为世界政治舞台上的热点之一 ,不仅由于禽流感流行、海啸灾难而引起国际社会的广泛关注 ,更为重要的是 ,东盟一体化进程加快 ,中国—东盟自由贸易区进展顺利。日本、印度、美国、欧盟、澳大利亚、俄罗斯等国家或地区纷纷主动加强与东盟在各领域的合作 ,在东亚地区掀起了一场以东盟为主体的各种自由贸易区的谈判与实施 ,在非传统安全领域东盟继续扩大内部及与国际社会的合作。东盟作为一个区域性组织 ,在国际政治舞台上的地位日益提高。一、加快推进东盟区域一体化自2003年第九次东盟领导人会议举行以来 ,东盟各国一致朝着《…

| Abstract: | With the enhancement of the integration process, ASEAN again became one of the hottest spots, in which China-ASEAN Free Trade Area went smoothly. Regional powers such as Japan, the United States, Australia and India took the initiative to enhance their cooperation with ASEAN and in its non-traditional security fields, ASEAN continued to implement its internal and foreign cooperation. |
