摘    要:本文用IEF结合使用过氧化物酶标记第二抗体的酶免疫分析法检测了17名键康成年男性的精液(斑)和唾液斑及10名健康成年女性的阴道分泌液中的GC表现型。结果发现17份人类精斑均可测出三种GC蛋白普通表现型。在10份阴道液中测出一份样本的GC表现型,3份样本有不甚清楚的GC带,不能定型,其他样本均无GC带。17份唾液斑未测出GC。本法的灵敏度(0.675ng)比文献报道的用过氧化物酶标记第二抗体的酶免疫分析(5.6ng)高。

Abstract:For the purpose of contributing more information, phenotyping of GC in semen stains and saliva stains from 17 healthy adult males and in vaginal secretion stains from 10 female volunteers were carried out by PAGIF followed by immunofixation with specific anti-GC serum using peroxidase-linked secondary antibody system. The result revealed that three common GC phenotypes in semen stains were demonstrated with 100% accuracy. The sensitivity(0.675ng)of our method is higher than that of capillary immunoblotting method(5.6ng) reported by foriegn author using the same kind of secondary enzyme conjugated antibody. The subtyping of GC in semen stains did not achieved yet. GC phenotyping was achieved only in one out of 10 vaginal secretion stain samples. Faint bands were demonstrated in 3 samples. No band was found in the rest. No GC activity could be detected in 17 saliva stain samples. Phenotyping of GC in seminal plasma was failed by the immunoelectrophoresis. There was not any GC band formed in PAGE. It is concluded that the GC system is one of the portein polymorphisms now available in forensic semen stain analysis by IEF enzyme immuno-staining system. The cause of failure of GC subtyping in human semen stains by PAGIF followed by enzyme immunoassay is discussed.
