| 摘 要： | 妇女作为一个群体,其拥有社会保障资源的情况,是衡量妇女生存和保障情况的重要尺度.调查显示,在1990到2010年的20年中,妇女享有养老和医疗保障情况取得了巨大的进步,印证了我国社会保障事业的蓬勃发展,显示出北京市居民分享社会发展的程度.对缺保人群和原因分析表明,需要进一步破解体制和制度因素,认真研究基本养老和医疗制度的缴费问题.

| Abstract: | The situation of women enjoying social security resources is an important standard of measuring the existing and security situation of women.The investigation shows that in the 20 years from 1990 to 2010,the situation of women’s elder security and health insurance has made great advancement.The analysis of causes of lacking security shows that,we should reform the social security system and especially research on the problem of contributions paying further. |
