激励因素对高校教师教学效能的影响

目前,国内有关高校教师的心理的研究多以工作满意度为核心。但对高校管理者而言,如何激励教师提高其教学效能显然更为重要。激励因素对教师教学效能有着深刻的影响,激励因素与教师效能普遍呈现正相关,提高教学成就感的激励策略对教师效能各个维度最具有预测效力。

Motivation Factors’ Influence on Teachers’ Efficiency in Universities

At present,most of domestic researches on teachers of universities are centered at job satisfaction index.However,it is more important to the managers of universities that how to improve teachers’ efficiency.There exists a positive correlation between the motivation factors and teachers’ efficiency.Therefore,the motivation strategy of improving teaching sense of accomplishment has more fore-assessment effectiveness of teachers’ efficiency.
