激励因素对高校教师教学效能的影响

摘    要:目前,国内有关高校教师的心理的研究多以工作满意度为核心。但对高校管理者而言,如何激励教师提高其教学效能显然更为重要。激励因素对教师教学效能有着深刻的影响,激励因素与教师效能普遍呈现正相关,提高教学成就感的激励策略对教师效能各个维度最具有预测效力。

Abstract:At present,most of domestic researches on teachers of universities are centered at job satisfaction index.However,it is more important to the managers of universities that how to improve teachers’ efficiency.There exists a positive correlation between the motivation factors and teachers’ efficiency.Therefore,the motivation strategy of improving teaching sense of accomplishment has more fore-assessment effectiveness of teachers’ efficiency.
