| 摘 要： | 网络诈骗犯罪作为一种新型犯罪方式,是一种有别于传统诈骗的高科技犯罪,具有隐蔽性强、渗透性强、危害范围广、后果严重等特点。我们要有效地防范和遏制网络诈骗犯罪,就必须进一步完善相关立法,加大对网络诈骗犯罪的惩处力度;完善网络诈骗案件的管辖原则,加强预防宣传和网络监管。

| Abstract: | Internet fraud crime,as a new type of crime different from traditional fraud,is a high-tech crime with many characteristics like strong concealment and permeability,wide hazard range,and serious consequences. In order to effectively prevent and control network fraud crime,we must further improve the relevant legislation,increase the efforts of its punishment,improve its jurisdiction principle,and strengthen prevention campaigns and network supervision. |
