| 摘 要： | 在电子互联网和信息化空前普及的今天，网络购物逐渐成为人们的“新宠”。在此情况下通过网络购物双重性去分析如何更好的维护消费者权益就显得意义尤为重大。尽管我国法律在某些方面已经体现了网络购物消费者权益保护的有关内容，但仍存在着诸多问题。加强立法，强化行政监督和普及法律知识是当前实现消费者权益保护的有效办法。

| Abstract: | With the unprecedented popularity of electronic Internet and information technology , online shopping is becoming people ’ s“new favorite”.In this case , it is fairly meaningful to analyze how to better protect consumer rights through online shopping duality .Although our laws have reflected some relevant content on consumer rights protection of online shopping in some aspects , there are still many problems .At present , it is effective to achieve consumer rights protection through strengthening administrative supervision and popularizing legal knowledge . |
