“中国—哥伦比亚自由贸易协定”研究

哥伦比亚是地理位置重要、经济增长具有潜力、看重与亚洲国家发展经贸关系的拉美大国。近年来,中国与哥伦比亚的经贸与政治关系发展良好,双边贸易和投资量增长迅速,从而对经贸制度环境建设提出了更高的要求。本文从中哥双方战略诉求、贸易与投资关系的潜力以及自由贸易区的福利效应等角度,深入而前瞻性地研究了中哥建立自由贸易区的基础条件。主要结论是,对于中国和哥伦比亚双方而言,中哥自由贸易区的建立不仅具有现实需求,更可获得经济上可预测的实际利益。中哥自由贸易区的建立对中国的国际区域经济合作战略布局具有较为重要的影响。

Chinese-Columbian Free Trade Agreement Analysis

A major economy in Latin America,Columbia boasts an important geographical location and the considerable economic-growth potential.It is noteworthy that Columbia pays much attention to economic and trade relations with Asian countries.In recent years,the bilateral relations between Colombia and China have undergone a sound development economically and politically.As a result of the rapid growth of bilateral trade and investment flows,it is indispensable for them to enhance the institutional structure to sustain the growth.Based on both quantitative(such as partial and computable general equilibrium analysis) and qualitative techniques,the paper explores the basic conditions for building a Free Trade Area(FTA) between Columbia and China in terms of strategic demands,trade and investment potentials and welfare effects of FTA.It is concluded that by building an FTA,they are able to meet the active demands and obtain predictable economic interests.In addition,it may contribute to improve China’s strategic layout of regional economic cooperation.
