| 摘 要： | 美国警察在管理体制、执法理念和执法行为、社会管理和综合治理、警察培训、警察人事管理等方面具有鲜明特色,值得我国在警务体制改革中加以借鉴,采取扬弃的态度将其先进的警务建设理论与实践经验和我国的警务建设现状进行有机结合,探索出适合我国警务体制的改革思路。

| Abstract: | American police are distinctive in management system,law enforcement concept and behavior,social management,integrated governance,police training and police personnel management.And they are worthwhile for us to learn from.The advanced policing construction theory and practical experience could be combined with our Chinese policing construction situation so as to find appropriate thinking for our policing reform. |
