公安法制教育中“重刑轻民”观念的矫正——以商法学的价值为视角

商法学虽然属于私法,但是它作为与市场经济诸多领域有密切联系的法律部门,对于公安民警融入市场经济,树立人民警察亲民为民的良好形象,以及提高民警侦办经济犯罪案件的业务能力都有非常重要的价值。因此,强化商法学的教学对于矫正"重刑轻民"的传统公安法制教育观念有着重要意义。

Reclamation of ＂More Attach on Criminal Law but Less Emphasis on Civil Law＂ in Public Security Legal Education——From the perspective of the value of commercial law

Although commercial law is private law,it is valuable for policemen to be in market economy,to build the good image and to improve the professional ability of policemen to detect economical cases as a legal section related to many fields of market economy closely.So it is important for the reclamation of ＂more attach on criminal law but less emphasis on civil law＂ to strengthen the teaching of commercial law.
