| 摘 要： | 价格欺诈是不正当的竞争行为。但由于人们对其性质认识不清，法律对其表现规制不力，致使其现象一直屡禁不止，具有不断蔓延之势。它严重损害了广大消费者和经营者的合法权益，扰乱了正常的市场经济秩序，导政了对社会资源的严重浪费。为此，以经济法为视角，对价格欺诈这一顽症的性质、表现、成因与危害进行系统分析，以利于对其加大经济法规制的力度。

| Abstract: | That price Swindling is illegitimate competition behavior.Becanse of people unclear to its character and the law inefficiently to whose its gauge,it causes the phenomenon to remain despite and spread unceasingly.h has damaged the consumer and operator＇s lawful rights and interests gravely,and disturbed the regular order of the market economy,and it wasted the social resources seriously.For this purpose, to carry out systems analysis on price Swindlingis beneficial to strengthen economic canon system to the person. |
