| 摘 要： | 时代的发展对传统的刑罚执行模式提出了强劲的挑战,现代的监狱既是监禁囚犯的场所,也是矫治罪犯、促使犯人再社会化的机构。丹麦刑事执行法的先进立法理念和立法技术,对我国目前的刑罚执行和刑事执行法体系的构建具有积极借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the times,the traditional mode of punishment has changed a lot.Modern prisons are not only the places of the imprisonment of prisoners,but also the treatment of the criminals which urge the prisoners again to social institutions.We maybe find a way out of the present predicament by studying the advanced concepts and legislative technology of the Danish criminal implementation law. |
