东亚公共卫生合作机制探略

东亚公共卫生合作机制是在东亚地区流行疫病不断暴发、危机四伏、公共卫生安全面临严峻的情况下产生的。并在积极探索新的多边对话与磋商机制方面取得明显进展,东北亚区域或次区域组织也通过各种途径,拓展公共卫生合作领域,积极加强与西方大国、国际组织等的交流与合作,进一步拓展东北亚合作的时空维度。但由于东亚地区政治、经济、文化等诸多原因,导致各国对公共卫生安全存在明显差异,严重制约了该地区公共卫生合作的健康成长。因此,为了东亚地区的稳定与发展的大局,东亚各国必须抓住机遇,合理调动各种资源,适时制定东亚公共卫生合作的战略与对策。

Construction of Public Sanitation Cooperation Mechanism in East Asia

This paper analyses the cause,present and hindrance with the background of East Asia in detail.On the basis of this,it expounds the process that East Asian states are actively setting up public sanitation cooperation mechanism under new international influence,and resolves the important theory and practical questions about East Asian cooperation.
